Problems / Challenges

Here we describe the problems we/clients face.

Describe the problems/challenges you/your client had. We are telling a story here showing the entire strategy: from problems (Point A) through opportunities (How) to the goal (Point B) and outcome (Result of our work).
If you have more than one problem to show, you can name this section “Problem 1” and show how you fixed it. Then, the next one. Or you can describe them briefly one by one.
Remember that your portfolio should be concize and easily scannable. Show only the main problems that brought the highest result.

01. No Online Presence

Safe Hands ACT had no website, limiting its reach to potential customers.

02. Low Visibility & Brand Awareness

Without a digital identity, the business struggled to expand beyond its local reach..

03. Missed Conversions

Customers who preferred online shopping couldn’t engage, leading to lost revenue.

 Opportunities / Goals

What goals do we want to achieve, or What the result will look like when we fix the problems?

Here we tell about the goals we want to achieve. Usually, the goal is the opposite side of the problem. That’s why it’s so important to clearly define the problem for the project we are working on.
It’s better to spend more time doing research, defining the problems (ideally, to find the main problem. If you took my class “First steps in UX/UI design” you understand that we need to understand users’ problems and business needs. I.e. A user can’t purchase a product online because a business doesn’t have a website; while the business loses money as customers don’t want to visit the store in-person), then converting these problems into opportunities, and finally finding the solution to achieve our goals.

01. Establish an Online Presence

Design a user-friendly and scalable digital platform.

 02. Improve Brand Visibility

Enhance reach through SEO, digital marketing, and intuitive UI/UX design.

03. Boost Conversions & User Engagement

Optimize website structure, CTAs, and navigation to turn visitors into customers.

Incorporating Motion UI elements was a pivotal aspect of my design process, allowing me to infuse dynamism and interactivity into the user experience.
